It was a Full House on top of a Solid Mountain!
Yes, we felt the incredible support of the mountain beneath us as we ventured into 8 hours of yoga over a 24 hour period.Who would have known how powerful that would be?
Each one of the 15 people left this retreat with a deeper connection to their peaceful state~ their Blissful Body! How couldn't they?
(See Bumper Sticker caption below the above photo!)

COUPLE'S RETREAT February 13th, 2009
Friday the 13th couldn't be better as we celebrated our companions in this playful and gentle cooperative experience. We began with gentle yoga postures that were built for two, gentle leaning and supporting poses that built trust and communication between partners.Next was a guided Thai massage segment...wonderfully relaxing passive movement, partners taking turns. We finished up with a few minutes of Corpse Pose to let it all go, and then heavy refreshments and time for mingling.Good music, good food, good company! All this,Just around the Corner atSantosha Yoga!
Thankyou all for particip[ating...we'll do it again soon!

The Ambiance was perfect for Couples Yoga in July 2009...time to do it again!
The atmosphere was serene and liberating, allowing us to relax and learn to really BE there in the moment, sharing our inner and outer space with our partner.
The music was exotic and provided the perfect ambiance for the mini get-away.
Enlightened conversation followed while we shared a light meal together in the calm setting we had created. I believe new friends were made on this night.
We want to thank all of you who joined us and those for who weren't able to make it, we are sure to offer the retreat again!
Santosha Yoga is well on the way to becoming a space that we can use in this community to nourish a higher consciousness of caring for ourselves, each other and the Earth we call home.
